Shipping Policy

When can I expect my shipment? All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of placing the order. Some of our goods are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while others are shipped from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Shipments will arrive within 10-20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the courier and location. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier disruptions.

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email, which you can use on www.17track.net/en.

What are the shipping rates? We offer free shipping on all orders over $49.99. For orders under $49.99, there is a flat shipping rate of $5.99.

How can I change my shipping address? Address changes are only possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the day the order was placed. Please email service@elitehun.com to request a modification.

When are deliveries made? Orders are delivered on business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
